I have a 2000 f350, 7.3l, it will not run, my scanner says no communication, I have replaced the PCM, IDM, GEM, injectors and glow plugs, got power to the OBD II @ pin 16, I have power at the 71 pin on PCM I have ground at pin 77 on PCM and power at pin 55 on PCM, it will crank but no fire, no communication, any ideas will be greatly appreciated
Are your batteries fully charged?
Key on, engine off.
Measure voltage between PCM Power Test Pins 55, 71 and 97 and PCM Ground Test Pins 25, 51, 76, 77 and 103. Note voltage.
Measure voltage across battery terminals. Note voltage.
Are both voltages greater than 10.5 volts, and are both voltages within 1.0 volt of each other?
EDIT: Some of these test ask for a breakout box (Ford Rotunda 014-00950). I don't know if you have access to one. One can be made, all be it a PINTA, from recycled connectors. Some of the tests may work without the box. You may be able to find a used one at a price acceptable to you.

The scanner may not be compatible.
At what part did it stop running?
