Say someone took off their flywheel and didn't pay attention to how it came off, how would you know that it was put on correct to be in "balance" or "sync" with the harmonic balancer?
I take it the keyed part of the balancer needs to be alligned with the weighted part of the flywheel a certain way, or doesn't it matter?
