351w flywheel/harmonic balancer

Okay, I've a "85 351w in my f150. My question is:

Say someone took off their flywheel and didn't pay attention to how it came off, how would you know that it was put on correct to be in "balance" or "sync" with the harmonic balancer?

I take it the keyed part of the balancer needs to be alligned with the weighted part of the flywheel a certain way, or doesn't it matter?

The Flywheel only goes on one way the holes are offset enough to make sure that it doesn't go on wrong

Huh, I never noticed that the holes were offset when I had mine out.

So, that pretty much answers my question as to if I put it back on right.
