it does not show anything different for early build V10?
if you jump pin30 to pin87 on the fuel pump relay and jump pin30 to pin87a on the fuel pump speed relay and finally jump the enertia switch ( DG/Y to PK/BK ) you have effectively removed all ford control allowing the pump to run constantly ( no pulsing just always on ) with the battery power of F19

if the truck does not have a speed relay then jumping just the fuel pump relay and the enertia switch will do the same thing

see thats my problem, the diagram shows the power side relay in the I/P fuse block and the speed relay in one under the hood.

i only have the one under the hood. but thats not giving power its being used as normally closed 30-87a or the pump wont run. (ground) like the diagram shows that as speed.

none of the relays in the I/P control fuel

either im totally missing something or there is more **** wired up than i thought.

im currently at about 10 hours removing and repairing the jury rigged wiring and thought i was done other than the start circuit bypass that im going to fix after i know the windshield leak is stopped and the GEM is replaced

Also i didnt see you had responded for some reason i didnt get an email

OK this is weird ?
The wiring diagram shows the Fuel Pump Relay being in the "I/P relay block" which is located at the center lower part of the dash above the hump......but when I look at the I/P Relay Block label it does not show a listing for a fuel pump relay?
The other two block .... "junction box relay/fuse panel" above brake petal & "power distribution block" under hood both do not show a fuel pump relay on the labels ?
WTF?
The I/P RelayBlock label does show that #4 & #5 relays are not used? I am going to a ssume something in the AllData I am useing is incorrect and that when you look at the lid of the I/P relay block it will list the fuel pump relay.

I have not had an opportunity to follow wires backwards and see wtf is where

Disconnect your sending unit and see if your pump is receiving power, in my case my pump is not being told to run at the tank

so im horrible at following up on things sorry guys.

the culprit for me was a kill switch added to the equation. it was added in the dash at the relay by removing the "coil" + and running that over to a toggle and then back to the relay. well the switch was hidden up in the dash near the GEM area. water intrusion is still an issue with this rig, so it turned the toggle into a cute little ball of green stuff. that was back in February i found that.

ive putted around a little and now im at the no start no fuel stuff again. this time it is the pump though. so my new question is what are fuel pump brand recommendations? As usual thanks in advance
