I almost guarantee you have a setting to permanently disable the alarm in the settings menu. I know I do. Also, each time I put it in reverse I automatically get an option to turn off the alarm.

That + - button on the shifter will also allow you to lockout gears while driving, helpful on hills or if for some reason you just don't want your truck shifting into 6th. By pressing the + to make it appear, you can then press - and you will see the 6th gear turn-off, pressing it again will make 5th, and so on. I have never gone past 5th so I am not certain how many gears you can lock out. Pressing + brings them back until you press + to turn it off. All kinds of cool stuff...

Found the problem some how the My key option got turned on, once I found how to clear it all started working normal. Needed the second key to clear that . Thanks for all the help.
