Trans swap 1999 e350, 4r100 to a 5r100 will it bolt up, electronic connect / fuct.

Will it bolt up? No, it will not. But that problem is easy to fix, all you need is a custom engine adapter. A grand or two should get that built for you. The crossmember and drive shaft will need to be modified because the 5R110 is longer. I don't know about a 5R100, or even what a 5R100 is.
The hard part is the electronics. You will need to invent something here. The computer that runs the 7.3L wouldn't have any idea how to make a 5R110 shift. The computer that runs a 5R110 won't have any idea how to run a 7.3L. This is where invention comes in. I can't help with that, I don't know how to make it work.
