Cat back exhaust

I've been looking to replace the exhaust on the ex (2005 6L)after it had broke off again at the rear of the catalytic converter for the 3rd time and I cannot find anyone offering any. Can any of you guide me in the right direction. Thanks!

If it keeps breaking I'd guess it was not properly installed, possibly the wrong or missing hangers.

Walker should offer the sections you are looking for. Available at Napa or through a muffler shop.

Previous owner must have replaced muffler with a strait pipe. It has been welded directly to the cat. All hangars are there and last time it was repaired we added a extra one. Ive been looking on line fer a cat back 4" but can only find from the turbo back. Local muffler shops say they dont have parts to work on anything larger than 3" and the outlet of the cat is 3 1/2. Just thought that there was something available and not have to replace the whole thing. Who is Walker?

MBRP makes great exhaust systems for our X's. I have a turbo back that retains the factory cat. I ordered
a delete pipe for the muffler and chucked it. The CAT will soak up the majority of sound. I also have a CAT delete pipe if I want it to sound rowdy/obnoxious.

With that said, if you do any heavy towing, consider the turbo back kit. I know my factory DP from the turbo was dented in pretty good on a brand new vehicle. I assume they bounced the body on the exhaust when they flew it on to the rolling chassis.

If you don't mind alittle growl, go for the turbo back. MBRP sound great.
