That's the federal safety certification sticker. Unfortunately that won't tell you what your rear gear ratio is.
Are you missing the door mounted warranty plate? That has the axle code stamped on it.
If that's missing, and you're very lucky, the rear itself will still have the metal axle tag attached to it. You'll need to get up underneath the truck and look at the rear. A Ford 9" will have a tag held on by one of the studs at about the 3:00 o'clock position. If it's still there, it will have the codes that will tell you what you have.
