no start
got a 2003 6.0 powerstroke cranks but wont start once it gets hot let it ste for a couple of hours and it fires rivht up allready replaced high presure pump no leaks visable and when running its great will run till run till fuel runs out please send suggestions on what to check thanks

Likely insufficient ICP due to leak in HPO system. If you have Scan Gauge II or other monitor check ICP numbers, verify above 500 psi.
If not above 500, begin leak testing. Use IPR air test tool and listen for leaks.

I had one do this randomly. I'd mess with stuff and think it was what I'd done that fixed it, and then it'd do it again a few weeks later. Finally figured out that it was wire chafing. I didn't figure out where because I sold the truck shortly thereafter, but whenever it'd do it, I'd just pull on the wiring harness in several places and it'd start up.
