I spent many hours researching and testing, finally I found a cam sensor that was covered in oil and metal. New cam sensor and truck runs great, with the price of parts take your time and you will eventually find your issue. I would like to thank all that contribute to this site the information is priceless.

 

Glad you found the problem and it didn't turn into a parts night mare, did you get anything from the gauges or just crawled around until you seen something out of norm, lots of Idem's causes stalling the reason I asked about the gauges.

 

I have an Edge insight and monitored everything that I thought could cause the problem and also checked fuel pressure. The truck finally threw a code and it was the cam sensor, I pulled it and it was filthy with oil and metal. Runs great now and will put some mileage on it this weekend.

 

You might consider sending an oil sample to Blackstone for analysis. Metal in the oil can be bad juju.
