ISO: a dog dish hubcab for the front of my F350

I am in search of a dog dish hubcap for the front of my F350, when i looked up the listing for them, they are listed as a 81-91, but the truck was a 93,

regardless, i do not need one in perfect shape, i can live with some minor dents, as long as it is functional and somewhat presentable. something in similar condition to the one i currently have, i should say.

heres pics of the one front one i have.

You're looking for a 'type 3 wheelcover' the part# is E5TZ 1130-F

Maybe this helps.

This hub cap might be correct...might not be, see below.

TYPE 2 is an example of a wheel cover, covers most of the wheel. A hub cap only covers the center section of the wheel.

There's another hub cap: E5TZ-1130-D = 12 1/8" diameter x 4 1/2" depth.

OP: Measure the depth of your original hub cap before buying a user.

yup, i see that there are two different depths, one for the front, and a deeper one for the rear to clear the full floating hub. I need the shallower one.

I saw the NOS cap on ebay, but it's a rear cap, i need a front one, i did see some used caps on ebay as well, but i wanted to hit up here first before i sprung for one off of ebay.

The front (2WD) and rear hub caps are the same, but it depends on which rear axle it has.

The Sterling rear axle has a larger hub that is also deeper than the Dana 60/61/70 rear axles, so the hubcaps are different.

Sterling semi float axles are shallow.
Full floaters like 350's & 250's over 8,500 have the deep hub.

Sorry, I disagree, the deeper hubcap was introduced in 1985, along with the Sterling 10.25.

The full wheel cover's center section is also larger with the Sterling.

I looked at these trucks when they were brand new. So why would I look at one that's at least 31 years old and could have been altered?

The Sterling 16" hubcap/wheelcover will fit all E/F250/350's with Dana 60/61/70, but only a Sterling hubcap/wheel cover will fit a Sterling axle due to the size of its rear hub.

And, the Sterling hubcap/wheelcover will also fit 1983/89 light duty F250's with the Ford 8.8."
