Part number help

I know this is not the proper thread for this vehicle. I know Number Dummy is on this thread. I have a 83 ranger 2.3 need to know if the following part numbers are compatible to my truck.
E4FZ6A739A auxiliary shaft
E77E12127BA
Truck Mfg. date is 3/82
Truck is all stock has DS2 ing. I am original owner. I have summited same information on ranger thread.

E77E-12127-BA = ID engineering number

D4FZ-6A739-A .. 2.3L Shaft Assy. - Fuel Pump, Oil Pump & Distributor Drive.

No Ranger applications.

1974/78 Mustang II / 1974/80 Pinto/Bobcat / 1977/81 Courier / 1978/83 Fairmont/Zephyr / 1979/86 Capri / 1979/88 Mustang.

E7TZ-12127-BA .. Distributor / Marked: E77E-12127-BA (Motorcraft DA-2022).

This dizzy is not listed for any car. The problem is, there are no dizzy application charts in parts catalogs after 1979.

I was able to cross the ID engineering number over to the part number, but to get the applications would take hours reading thru a gazillion Calibration Code charts.
