I must be getting old. I took off my ratty old alternator splash shield and I have a replacement but can't remember how or where it goes. Can someone post a pic?
mine just had three push-pins up into the bottom lip of the fender and it hung down along the outside edge of the frame ('79 f-150 4x4). I always wondered if it was factory or something someone added...
Here you go. I found a decent one at the junkyard for free and used it as a pattern also grabbed the drivers side piece but it gets stapled on. I used some neoprene rubber and put it on with plastic push fasteners similar to those used on door panels. The tab that is the furthest out goes toward the front of the truck. There are three holes on the bottom of the inner fender toward the front. I tucked mine up over the frame rail.
