Engine codes
If anyone can please help me interpret these engine codes.

23 TP/FIPL sensor out of range
14 Profile Ignition Pickup PIP Erratic
29 Open vehicle speed sensor
59 LO-Fuel pump ckt open/2-3 shift error
67 PNP or clutch switch ckt failure

Um... year of truck? Are you sure you have an IDI? IDIs have no engine computer, though the E4OD has a /transmission/ computer.
The Powerstroke(94-03) has an engine computer *and* transmission computer(with the automatic transmission)

It is a 1993 7.3 and it does have an E4OD trans

In that case, they are transmission codes, not engine codes.
Um, I can tell you a little bit.
First off, the TPS/FIPL is the sensor that's attached to the driver's side of the IP, on the throttle shaft. It sends the throttle position to the transmission computer.
I'd check the wiring first.
Second, I'd check all the fuses.
I don't know much about the E4OD; hopefully someone else will chime in here with some ideas.
