So I was speaking with the local driveline guy and he just got word from his Neapco rep that they have been outsourced overseas like everything else nowadays and what stock they have are the last of the USA made bearings. I guess I am going to buy a few sets for my Ex. Just a heads up, maybe someone else can chime in if they heard the same thing. Spicer, now this!
I know there are some great products made overseas but it is sad that it seems like everything is being outsourced these days and it sucks when the last or one of the last companies has to sell out because they can't compete with outsourced products.

There's no "seem" about it. Millions of jobs .. careers actually .. thousands and thousands of factories have gone away, whole industries ...
There's plenty of meth and crack and casinos now, so it all evens out.

Sure, but also need to consider that china is the largest market for Autos.
Sales wise it has also been the fastest growing market.
How much is a case of beer there? Just thinking out loud as I wait in my private dr's office.
Where I live a box of beer is around $25 and a can of chew is $30. Crazy right! I used to be able to get both for under $20. What really chaps my *** is auto parts. Everything I buy is at least double what you guys pay south of the border. Ok hijack over.
