It came in handy on our Explorer. Wife videoed while I was driving. Kept doing a reboot then blank. The SYNC did not complete the updated causing it to shut down. I guess the hills and bad signal was part of the cause.
Also made our heater kick on full blast and this was July of last year.
Weird stuff can happen.
