I won a dollar, so I am 4 in the hole. Oh well.
Here is a pic of the tank before I put it back in the truck. I also sanded and painted the brackets too. Glad to have the fuel gauge working again too.

Got the DAV tag squared away for the suburban, Wife was not so thrilled about having a wheelchair on her tag. I went to the tax assessors office and applied to have no tax on the house next year. Tried to get my medical insurance squared away too but they can't do anything until I get my retired ID card in about 2 weeks.
I could get use to this staying at home and running errands again real quick.

It just means 2 unpaid work days. I fixing to have alot of unpaid work days. Bank said yes to my new toy. Go pick it up next week one the trailer comes in. It not ford but it is blue.

No disappointment here, It will be like everyday is Friday to me!!
I got spoiled those few months I got to stay home.
I paid off 2 more bills today so either I am that much closer to retirement or getting my new to me motorhome, heck maybe both!!!

Pulled the front 4x4 drive shafts on the daughters dodge ram. Replaced the u-joints but found the upper and lower ***** joints along with a bad tie rod end and a leaking rear wheel cylinder. Ordered everything from Rock Auto and should be here buy the end of week.
Drove the 79 to the corner store and filled the fuel tank. No leaks!!!
Shocked the heck out of the pool last night. One more good vacuum and then putting the cover in it.
