2008 F350 Transmission Cooler Help

I have a 2008 F350 with a 6.8L V10. Two weeks ago I got an internal leak in my radiator transmission cooler and coolant was sent through my transmission and it has damaged it and will require a rebuild.

I plan on replacing the radiator, but I don't want to use the radiator transmission cooler anymore. The shop working on my truck said this is the 4th failure they have seen this year like mine, and I just don't want this to happen again, its too expensive.

I know the truck has a factory cooler after the radiator cooler so I would either like to add another cooler in series to this one or maybe replace the factory cooler with a larger one like the 31 row coolers they use in the 6.0 Fords. I have done a google search, but I am not really coming up with anything. The trans shop wants to install a tru cool 4739 after my factory cooler but I feel like one large cooler would be the best bet.

I don't tow alot, but when I do I have a camper and boat and I am about 18000 gvw.

Any thoughts and insights are appreciated.
