Yes pitman arm is disconnected from drag link, box is disconnected from steering shaft and lines are disconnected. The problem bolt does move around with the steering box.

Well, then it sounds like it's time to put the other two bolts back in and go to town with a breaker bar...or a powerful impact!

Good luck, please let us know how it turns out!

I'd back it out some and soak it with pb blaster overnight. I agree if you are not reusing the box, grind off the top and tell it to go reproduce itself.

If nothing else back the bolt out as far as you can get it then push the bolt back tight against the frame so it pushes the steering gear away from the frame on the other side and see if you can get a sawzall with a metal blade between the steering gear and frame and cut the bolt.

Sometimes the answer to a seized bolt is a bigger impact, big enough to shear the bolt at the threads stress point.

OK, sorry for such a late response. I got the problem bolt out with my jack handle breaker bar. And then I got into a real problem once the steering box was off...the pitman arm nut was a problem...so long story short after a lot of beer...I'm having a skilled mechanic fix this and go about an egr delete...have a great evening!

Not as much of a problem as getting the pitman arm off.
