Just for the record I have 2 log in names, lhud and AubieTN. Had an issue logging in on my mobile with lhud so I had to make a change. So yes I purchased mine from a local Ford's parts dept. about $75.
I changed all my lines after the first one went. I figured if one went, the others aren't too far behind. I agree with Rich, too important a safety item to play safety roulette with.

plus 37143 = Power Steering Return Hose
plus 3/8 inch high pressure fuel line.
