I was afraid it would be the harness. Again. I shorted out brake lights and right turn signal about 2 weeks ago. Hired a local mechanic that Ive used before. They replaced the harness that comes with the turn signal cam.
It was working for a day. Now its not. At leas the turn signals work now. But brakes and emergency lights dont, so its a problem. Anyway, im gonna call them back. Harness wires scare me, too complicated for me, for now.

Never, Ever, EVER use a higher-rated fuse to address a fuse blowing. The fuse blows for a reason. And it blows in order to protect the circuit. Installing a higer-rated fuse defeats that purpose. If you haven't fixed whatever blew the fuse, the 20A fuse will likely blow as well, but you run the risk of doing damage to something on that circuit before it blows.
Which fuse blew? The safe way to troubleshoot it is to disconnect all loads energized by that fuse, then install a fresh fuse. If it blows right away, you have a short in the wiring you have to track down. If it doesn't, start reconnecting loads one at a time, until the fuse blows. That load will be the prime suspect.
The MF switch is right where you use it, behind the steering wheel.

I replaced the fuse and have driven about 30miles. Lights are working fine for now. I recently had my turn signal harness replaced by some local mechanics. Maybe in the process it blew (it was fine before). I used a 15amp fuse again. If it blows again, I'll disconnect the brake lights and emergency lights. And take it from there. I really hope it doesn't blow. Electrical is stressful... Plus I paid $400 for the harness replacement with labor. That would be the most stressful part of all this hehe
