5.0/302 need help

My 88 f250 302 had been bogging down/sputtering off of clutch in 1st & 2nd gear I ran KOEO codes got code 11 repeated then ran codes w/ KOER I got codes 21(engine coolant sensor) 44(air system inoperative) and 33(egr didn't open) I cleaned out my egr it was stuck closed got it working again drove around for about 5 to 10 min no more sputtering but still very little amount of power and slow throttle response. I'm not sure how to go about the other 2 codes and if they could be causing me to lose power.

Temp sensors are always flagged if codes are pulled on a cold motor so if that was the case just ignore them. Next things to check are fuel pressure and timing advance, make sure to pull the spout plug to disable computer advance before setting the base timing at 10-12deg BTDC, and fuel pressure should be 32-35psi engine idling and should spike towards 40-45psi when the throttle is goosed or vacuum is removed form the regulator.
