OK this is my first post, i looked and looked at other forums and there alot with the same problems but no one with an answer just alot of parts replacement.
90' F-150 302 wont stay running or start unless you have your foot on the throttle when its cold and sometimes when its at temp. It sounds like its missing on at least 2 cylinders
Ive tried IAC relpacement, pinching the fuel return line, checking fuel pressure, timing, PVC operation, EGR operation, compression, cleaned off battery posts, took it to oreilys and put the code reader on it, no codes. the check engine light did come on on the way there but it went off
Im really at a stand still. when i pulled #8 plug it was slightly wet and fouled but didnt seem to be to bad.thats about all i can think to say i didnt check any thing else like the MAP/MAF cause i dint get a code for it. any help would be awesome!
Fuel Injection Technical Library » How To Run a Self-Test Here is a link on how to check for trouble codes, maybe do that. Also pull the vacuum pipe off of the fuel pressure regulator (FPR) and look for any signs of gas in it, if any found replace the FPR.

Def check maf but also make sure youvare getting spark and fuel see iff your getting spark from the coil. if so check your fuel pressure. your gonna have to check to see if your getting power to the injectors aswell
I'm definitely getting fuel, maybe to much the oil kinda stinks like it and seems a little thin. Fuel pressure is 60+ I've got a cheep pressure tester and it starts to leak above 60
