Hello
I have a 62 292 Y block, that has a manual transmission
bolted to it
I have no plans for the engine or trans at the moment but
would like to know, what this transmission is, beside the 3 sp
and what my options might be to update it.
It has a casting No. AF 70006-d 27
side has what seems to be 840
also AB7222-B 28
those two 2 digit numbers are on the same line as shown but inches away
I know it's not a Top loader.. and the engine did come out of
a truck
