Correct. Once you order, your price is locked in.

The build and price has my truck exactly the same as back when it first came online.

I don't believe anything is "locked" in. My paperwork states on it that "this is not an invoice'.
All I know is that I have nothing stating an "Invoice" and I ordered at the end of May and am still waiting on a VIN.
So, I assume I could technically pay more or less when it arrives (but, if it is more, I could always walk away also).

I have a signed contract from the dealer, there is not price increase when you have a signed contract.

I think the dealer changes rules as they go. My original dealer told me yesterday that rebates are applicable at the time of delivery and not at the time of the order and so is the price.

Well what he says is different if you have a signed contract. He can't change the contents of a contract that is signed by both parties and you have put money down. Its illegal.

The price is locked in if your dealer locked it in. It's an easy code to forget to add. There isn't typically a contract signed, so sure, they could change things. Even if you have a "contract" its probably far from lawyer proof. Its generally in their interest to keep things the same or lower it with new rebates. Trust me, they don't want your screwy custom order on their lot.

In this day and age of the internet a dealer cannot play games or they can pay a lot more then the dollars they tried to screw you out of.
