'74 F600, which engine

'74 F600, which engine

Ok, this is the 3rd f#$%Ing time I have tried to post this thread. Sorry for the language but I am frustrated beyond belief.
I am not going to write the whole story again.
it is a 1974 F600. I need to know which engine is in this thing. 4th digit of the VIN is an "E." None of the sites I've been to go beyond a F350. Can anyone please help me before I lose my mind.

No such thing as a 331.

1966/78 500 and larger series trucks: E = 361 2V (1966/78) or 4V (1974/78) FT engine.

I miss typed...... I did find 361, 2 or 4 bbl.

Appreciate the info. I still cant find a site that has the info you guys gave. Sorry I posted in wrong section. I saw F100 or larger & it is a F600. I've never had a truck this big. Don't know squat. Thanks again!
