This one is a bit further away, but better pics, and it appears to be unmolested.

Even though I knew I wasn't going to buy it I still test drove it to feed my wanting of an EX lol. Man this thing rode like CRAP! It vibrated you to death and jolted on even the smallest bumps. This EX was certainly misrepresented by the pictures and it was obvious that the previous owner dogged the truck, it creaked and popped and jerked going from 1st to 2nd. No thank you please. On the internet it looked like a 8/10 but in person that thing was a 3/10.

So me and the wife were about 1.5 hours from home, grabbed a late breakfast at IHOP and hit up craigslist and autotrader looking for potentials since we were out and about and had a babysitter for the day. Long story short I found an EX about another 1.5 hours from where I was, made a trip, cut a deal, and now I've got myself a new-to me EX

I wasn't big on the mileage but since it was one owner and he was religious about maintenance and had all the documentation to back it up I felt good about it. I did all the necessary checks and everything is working and good to go (no rust, all bolts intact, every feature working). This thing is huge! It makes my F-150 look tiny.
I negotiated it down to $9,500 which I am happy with. So thank you all for helping me with FMV on these things. Now I've got to break out the steamer, carpet cleaner, and buffer and make this thing like new again! Oh and will be making the list of mods to make to it and knocking them down one by one

Who buys a used vehicle with out crawling under it ? That guy got robbed.

I know you are probably excited to start doing all the things to it you have been planning but I'm going to add a boring one to your list.
Those pro-comp splined lug nut are junk ! More specifically the thin and brittle socket they make to get them off is junk. Do yourself a favor before you have a flat tire and the socket breaks leaving you stranded. Get some quality hex nuts and replace those lug nuts.
Quick story. I had them. Got a flat on my way to a wedding ( I was the best man ) broke both sockets trying to get them off. Called a tow, hitched a ride to wedding as tow truck took it to tire store who butchered the nuts and then said they couldn't get them off... Towed to another tire store who butcher it worse. Had it towed to my house where I had to use my plasma cutter to get the wheel off. Oh ya.. My best friends bride was none to happy her wedding was delayed and I was a dirty mess..... Best friend just laughed his *** off.
Moral of the story.....change your nuts

The ones your typical tire monkey will put on you need to use a 3/8 drive 13/16" thin walled socket to fit in the lug hole of the rim, These are a as dumb as the splined nuts because at 165ft lbs many of those sockets also break.
Have them use a lug nut with a 3/4 hex nut and then you can use a 1/2 drive impact socket.
As you can see, a 1/2 drive 3/4" socket ( the black one ) is the same outside diameter as a 3/8 drive 13/16" socket but the 3/4 is vastly stronger and will not fail when you torque those nuts to 165 ft lbs.
Fwiw... Black 3/4 nuts are hard to find, you can just spray paint the chrome ones. Ya they scratch easy but after my $1200 tire change I was pretty much over the black lug nut fashion.

****edit Don't forget to put a 1/2" drive breaker bar, a 1/2" extension and a 3/4" socket in your excursion.
And if you have a stock spare tire make sure you have 8 stock lug nuts since they are completely diffrent.
I love all the people that are telling you to go and low ball the place. As was stated, they would laugh you out of there!
Even my 02 X with 90k miles is worth more than what some of you guys are telling the OP to offer!
Congrats on your new truck!!
