Forget a junkyard one, they are next to impossible to remove without breaking them!
It is possible, it is a lot of work cutting them out with hand tools.
They typically break ... Most glass shops will not even try!
The edges cannot be chipped or they will fog up ...
I would call a local glass company, I had my 94 replaced and it cost me ~$200.
Note a cracked windshield can cause the bottom track to rust away and then you would have to take it to a body shop before a glass Co. will replace the windshield.

The Pick 'N Pulls say they have them. I'm going to check with a few and see. $100 for a used one vs. $180 for one installed...not a bad price really, but $80 saved is $80 saved
also, just in case there is rust...I can fix it first

that's a major worry I'm having
luckily I can repair the damage myself. I've gotten good at sheet metal repair lately
