I am currently starting to work on some of the projects I want to have done on my Ex before winter comes, one of them being to add some sound deadener to the interior.
I have removed the rear interior and have purchased some peel and stick from Lowes for the floor in the rear(yes we are going to do this economically). I will buy the good stuff for the sides and plan on using carpet underlay as another member(03X) has done on his Ex a few months back.
My big question to everyone is that I plan on adding a better radio with a back up camera sometime down the road and wonder what cables and wires I should pre run while the headliner is down to save some work down the road.
Any suggestions on the sound deadener or the wires would be much appreciated.
I can't speak to the insulation, but for the wires, I would research and find the camera that you plan to buy and read their installation instructions which you should be able to download in pdf format from their website. See what wiring will have to be run for that camera and run that.
