I hate to be a wet blanket - but this might not be over yet. Unless you have a big puddle under the truck, this sounds suspiciously like your injector O-rings may be due. How does your fuel filter look? I'm not saying you have to dive in there before Oregon, but you need to closely monitor oil consumption now. The loss could have happened since your last change - or since the drive before the symptoms showed up.

Quick check would be to disconnect the hpop lines at the pump and elevate. Leave overnight to see if they leak down; if so, head is leaking down or Cody test.

Yea I will check all. Been about 3-4K miles since last oil change. Fuel filter change every 6 months. No smoke. Truck runs great besides up pipe leak.

Just changed the fuel filter. Came out off white. Almost like new. I change it twice a year. Truck is now daily driver. Oil change every 5k miles but I have always since new have had to add few quarts oil to make it too 5k miles. Recent blackstone report came back perfect

i would not worry too much about oil use. my 88 is now up to 1 quart every 1500 miles or so.
but it also has a little over 494,000 miles on it.
