Hey guys started to clean the rear end and noticed that the brake drums are two different sizes is that normal. Also how should I go about ordering brake pads for them. It's a off a dana 60 in a 1956 f100.

No 1956 F100 came w/a Dana 60. The only rear axle these trucks have is a Dana 44.

What I see are 8 lugs, which means these are F250 drums. F100's have 5 lugs. So, what are you working on, an F100 or F250?

1956 F250's have a Dana 60, the rear brake drums (do not come with the hub) are Ford part number: B6D-1126-A

Pic: Look at this parts catalog chart for the drum specs. B6D-1126-A is the 4th entry.

A 9" has 5 lugs, so you'd have to carry two different sized spare tires.

I'd suggest replacing the drums, far less labor and expense than swapping in a 9.
