A/C PUMP PULLY SERPENTINE CONVERSION

Has anyone replaced the v-belt pulley on the a/c pump of a 80s (specifically a 1985) ford truck, and put a serpentine a/c pulley off a 90s (specifically a 1993 ) ford truck on the older style pump and made it work?

so did you install a newer 93 year motor into your 85 bronco? if so best to either swap to the newer style AC pump. I am unsure if the Serp AC clutch can be swapped to an older AC pump.

I am installing a 96 Ford Explorer 302.

nice, so you will probably be best to locate the correct serp AC compressor, just take it into an AC shop so they can do the correct work so this works for you.

Yeah I'm leaning towards that myself, it will be a little easier
