Have a 2012 F 150 with a 5.0 V8, what is the best fuel additive to use, haven't used any as yet has less than 20K on it.

Good old Marvel Mystery Oil, used it for lots of things, now one more! By the way I have a Flathead block (51) no pistons or rods almost every thing else, that has to go, anyone need it!
