Mirror upgrade wiring
I installed the mirrors and ran the wiring for my 99 F250 SD.
Are the connections that I need to make for Heat, Turn and Marker lights
in the harness next to my wiring harness?

No but I did add a connector for them and ran the wiring inside the cab, to the floor channel.
I'd like to at least, connect the Turn and Tail lights, for now and the heaters,
later. .

I dont believe your truck will have the wiring for the heat/turn/park if it wasnt optioned with it already. I know my 99 does not have that wiring. You have to make your own harness for the new features. A lot of people go to the steering column for the turn signals and pull power for the markers off the headlight switch.
