wiring harness for mirrors

My ford 2001 250 superduty got its mirror smashed...I recently received 2 telescoping ones to install....the wiring plug is oval on the new ones...the wiring harness is square on the wiring to the mirror controls....same amount of wires are on the new mirror as the existing wiring (3). should I just cut and connect the wires after finding the matches....someone mentioned their is a jumper adapter out there to match the oval with the square connectors...need help.....

come on fellas...all this technical knowledge in here and no one can answer my question??????????????????????? this should be an easy one...

We talked about this over a yr ago !
I believe you have to go to a ford dealer and ask for the adapter!

Tell me the wire color,so i can give you the connections
