I'm getting ready to swap a c6 to a ZF5. While searching for kits, etc., I found a co. that machines the shifter and housing to produce a shorter throw, and tighter shift, for $200. Has anyone tried it?
I had one on one of my trucks. It came with it. SURLY NOT WORTH the $200. Early noticeable shorter shifts. Mater of fact I didn't even know it was there until I pulled the trans to put the clutch in(I also have 5 other ZF5 trucks)

On my 89 f-250 with the zf s5-42 I can put it in to gear but when I let the clutch out it doesn't move in any gear. Any ideas
