Well the way I made it roughly from memory it was a while ago, which may or may not be correct, was:
I got a hanging brake pedal and bracket from a 90 Tbird.
Set the bracket where I wanted it on the firewall so the pedal set where I thought it should be.
Used the bracket as a template to drill the mounting holes for the bolts, think there were five of them.
Then drilled a hole for the centre of the booster to fit thru the firewall, and tightened it down. The booster was from a 1988 Mustang so I had to adjust the mounting holes a little.
Also added a mount from the firewall to the dash so the firewall wouldn't flex when the brake was pushed.
That is it in the proverbial nutshell, hope it makes sense.
I have a clutch / brake mount from a 70 ford f100. Your more than welcome to it if you think you could make it work. Not sure what shipping would cost you, but you can have it if you want it
