I'm planning to install a sweep style speedo in place of my round cluster. does anyone know if the odometer is easily swapped from the round style to the sweep or can a sweep speedo odometer be adjusted to reflect the original milage on the truck?
I was also wondering if LED lamps were available for the back lights in these?

You cannot use any round speedo parts with a sweep speedo.
On page 11 of my National Parts Depot catalogue, there is a gauge cluster LED kit for '61 - '66 trucks for $39.95. And while I'm pretty sure it's illegal to swap odometers, it might be technically possible. You'd have to get your hands on a sweep speedo and compare the two. In the long history of odometers, plenty have been "adjusted" by the occasional car/truck entrepreneur. Hope this helps.
Well, typically, I give you information on LEDs and then the very same day I get a new NPD catalogue (12th Edition) that moves them to another page (page 9) and the '61 - '66 entry disappears. It was in the 11th Edition catalogue as part # F-13464-2BK for $39.95/kit. You might try calling NPD to see if they still have them or try some other parts supplier. Grrrrr!
Thanks Saber. I called NPD and was told that's no longer available from the supplier.Does anyone know what lamps they may have used? Maybe I can piece together a kit myself.
