I converted our barn to my workshop for the 49 after my daughter moved out east and took the horses with her. When I built it I made all of the stalls removal. The beams running length wise were doubled and oversized so I was even able to remove two of the post. It made for two 20 x30 work areas. The floor was the nonslip barn pavers (so the critters wouldn't slip if wet) Sure wish I had it now. It looks like you may have the same learning curve I did--never buy something that eats while you sleep!
