Here's what I have been working on while I wait to bring my 48 out here to Michigan. It's a 1/24 scale R/C crawler that I converted into a 1978 scale crawler. I did a few mods to the suspension for more flex and had to do some mods on the model body that I bought. It was originally a long bed, so I cut it down to fit the wheel base of the R/C truck. It actually ended up looking just like a short bed truck. I also had to cut out a lot of the structure underneath to clear all the suspension travel.
Lets start by telling you I am a terrible carpenter but I try . Had insulation siding and windows put on the house and needed to build my retaining walls for the basement exit so I figured might as well have a deck so here is the first half .

Nick, ya should have done it with a Monkey Face! But looks good and she sure does flex. Is it metal body?
Thanks we were going to use a railing with pickits but it was going to ruin our view when we were sitting in the living room so we switched to glass much better
