no cranking
Hey everyone got an 02 7.3 with a no crank issue.will start if I jump the wire on passenger side to battery.replaced transmission switch still no start and now my transmission is acting odd will jump into neutral out of gear.could I have missed something . alignment looks good.

From your description, I assume it's a manual transmission, yes? There's a clutch pedal position switch that interrupts the starter solenoid circuit if the clutch pedal isn't pressed, or if the switch is bad. That would be where I'd probably start with it.
