Gear shift indicator replacement
Hey guys, I have been looking and not found any threads mentioning this. I need to replace the cable on my gear shift indicator. Of course you can't just replace the cable. I have even looked on you tube and not found anything. I don't know if maybe I am using the wrong search terms or not. Any way I would appreciate any advise or help I can get. Going to try to do this next week as I will be on vacation. Thanks, John

Easy job, Remove the cluster mount screws, 2 small black tabs at base of indicator push them in an pull down. On the bottom of the column just 1 single screw holding cable and thumb screw and the cable just has a loop over the shift tube. Reassemble and use the thumb screw to adjust your indicator , I do it in neutral.
