The hole you circled in blue is the vacuum supply source for that choke pull off diaphragm in the top of your carb.


And 2X Orich.

Rebuilt the carb as soon as I got home from meps. So far everything seemed to clean out real well. I noticed the power valve had no gasket under it but there didn't appear to be a leak. Hopefully tomorrow morning I can start her up and hear my baby purr
