Odometer stuck

I have a 1965 F100 and the speedometer works fine but the odometer is stuck. Is it just worn out or is there a easy fix without replacing the whole cluster.

Odometer stuck

The actual odometer is easily removed from the rear of the dash cluster. I have an extra one from a 66 Custom cab. Unfortunately, it spun back to all zeros when removed, needs to be reset with your proper mileage. contact if interested...
