OK my work truck completely stock( check my SIG) is throwing me codes P0603(internal control module keep alive memory malfunction, p1211(ICP higher/lower than desired), p1105(dual alt upper malfunction), p1106(dual alt lower malfunction)
The most concerning to me is the p1211 as the truck feels sluggish and CEL turns on at wot. I still have the OEM injectors and O rings, can this be caused by a blown O ring? The fuel filter is clean not a spec of black or anything, not burning oil, and start instantly cold or hot. The ICP was changed with a motorcraft one so is the IPR, the cps is the grey one a year old also a motorcrapt one. I'm leanings towards the hpop, but I still got to trouble shoot.
What vitals do I look for? My laptop cant be unplugged because the battery don't work, can this test be performed sitting still power braking? ( note I can't spin the wheels if I power brake before it could)
I would do a WOT run while monitoring the ICP. However, no signs of oil in the fuel filter should rule out o-rings. You do have a lot of miles on her to still have factory o-rings and injectors.
It depends on how severe the leak is, but if an o-ring is breached it will keep eroding and get worse over time. At some point it will probably get hard to start warm if that's what the issue is.

Yeah... an upper O-ring that can hold enough at 2K PSI ICP while cranking (very low RPM) may just be overwhelmed at 2800 PSI WOT 3000 RPM. Cody test shows upper O-ring failures.
Thanks for the input guys, now the question is- Should I rebuild them or just install new O rings? They still work "good" no smoke or rough idle when cold, with glow plug disconnected and 19° temps she starts right up.
I think you have to figure out if in fact that is the problem. One way would be to pull the HPOP lines and do a pressure test. Or you could start it with the valve covers off and see if any of them spray more oil than the rest under pressure.
I'll dig more deep into it on Monday, haven't really done much testing, its mostly a hunch I have simply because it happened over night and considering the mileage the injector O rings have they are suspect.
