Knocking after replacing cap and rotor

the distributor appears to be correct. I bought a stethoscope and the noise seems to be coming from the block itself. I think I'm going to take it to a shop and have it diagnosed.

1996 Ford E-150 Econoline Van

I had someone replace 6 of my spark plugs couldn't get 2 on passenger side original (spark plugs,wires) replaced ignition coil rotor distributer cap and now I have a bad clank but it is inside van where transmission and motor meets help what is it

I assume this noise happens at idle, while in Park. Does the engine idle smoothly, or look like it has a miss ?
