That sucks. I fixed my camera by unplugging it, drying water and removed dirt, plugged back in. The plug we need to disconnect to remove the tailgate was the worst one and sometimes I still need to go under there and squeeze it to make it work.

 

The tech took all the connections apart and cleaned them first then all the codes pointed to the new camera. Guess the epim is the only thing left to replace at this point.
On a good note though the PCM replacement has cured all the other problems so far.
