I can't vouch for this site, and I had an email exchange that didn't inspire confidence when they couldn't tell me where the drain petcock was or if it was standard 1/4" NPT, but they do have 78 F250 I6 ones listed:
1978 Ford f-250 All Aluminum Radiator 4.9L 6 300 | All Aluminum Radiator | Ford Parts

Not to hijack, but can anyone vouch for Shepherd Auto Parts? They have a 302 radiator for only $53 (plus shipping)

Yea they do I was hoping to find something all aluminum.

Everything looks to be to wide or outlet is on wrong side

I've always wondered why an 8 cyl. rad couldn't be used? Got a couple 6 cyl. projects coming together myself. If I recall the 6 cyl. support either had a removable piece of metal or was easily cut out to take an 8 cyl.
What's the purpose of using a 6 cyl. radiator for a 4.9? Is a 8 cyl. just overkill???
