And you gave it both cam/crank new sensors? It needs both those to be a 1 for sync before FICM can be a 1 sync.

So if you've done both sensors and pinch wiggle the harness to see if you could find the spot.... I see no reason to not get a harness. I also don't recommend a used one, it may very well have its own issues or worse.

If it doesn't see the fan or the plugs bad that could keep it from running.... not keep it from sync.

Once it sees those two sensors it should give FICM sync.

There is a thread posted about ICP bucking. The poster added a schematic for PCM, that drawing should tell you where the wires attach, what pins..... and possibly a place to start checking the wires for continuity of the can/crank sensors.

Yes I have the pin out charts and wire diagrams for ecu and ficm . Along with wire diagrams. I have done ohm checks on both can and crank sensors all within spec. I was not getting any codes till I got the glow plug one and the p2665 code. This is driving me nuts , I have harness all unwrapped up to ficm . Only thing I can think is a bad socket on a connector.

If the wires very near the connector appear to have small white marks, like the wire sheath was stretched, it's probably bad.

Best I can do to help.

Ok new ficm didn't help any of this , might try a crank sensor , but really it will spin over but won't even try to fire injectors. Someone said fan connection would that keep it from running. Also read about tone ring on crank moving but how to check that with out pulling front cover?? Anyone near Savannah with a better scanner that can see cam/crank sync bs ficm sync??
