Cam Position Sensor Codes

I've had a P2614 intermittently for a couple of years but never had any kind of a no start condition until recently. Never found anything as far as wire chaffing after spending a whole day of harness testing/reinforcing. Didn't replace the sensor since the truck started later on in the day. Now it's thrown a P0341, which is similar but not exactly the same diagnosis. Anyone had these and what was the remedy?

Update: I replaced my cam position sensor this morning to eliminate that little fly in the ointment. I noticed that I had a good accumulation of oil on the plug and harness and upon inspection of the old CMP sensor the sealing o-ring at the block had a large chunk gone. I suppose it's been this way from the factory because it's never been out of the block. Cleaned the plug and harness with electrical cleaner, inspected it, and called it good. At least I'll know to start in the harness if I have this problem again.
