Support Time

What I'm looking to do is support my current setup.

Truck is an 01 7.3 Excursion

Current modifications.

--Swamps 200cc/30% Injectors
--Garret 38r Turbo
--K&N Cold Air intake.
--4" Turbo Back exhaust.
--Boost , Trans Temp, EGT Gauges (glow shift) I know not the best.
-- TS 6pos Retunned by swamps.

What i want to do is get as much power as possible and make sure it is done properly. If that makes sense. I have a major boost leak i see 20 psi at max when it was stock i only saw 10psi so my guess is uppipes and ive noticed a loss in mpgs recently.

I Already have a Driven Diesel regulated return system just havent installed.

So my list so far for what needs added.

Regulated return (Have)
6.0 Trans Cooler. not sure what all is needed to make that work.
bellowed up pipes , thinking dorman?
New CAC/ X pipe boots , Riffraff.

Transmission is stock story behind it. Truck has a warranty on it from when i bought it. I lost drive a month ago and it was replaced with a Re-manufactured dealer said it has three year warranty. Sooooo I am going to take my chances for now. But i do not really drive the truck in any settings other then Eco and tow i sometimes drop it into the higher two settings for merging and when i feel like having some fun.

I plan to do all these add-ons on my own already did the injectors and turbo which wasnt to bad at all. If you suggest something and you can post instructions like how RiffRaff has his id appreciate it.

Thanks in advance

stay away from the k&n filter, they let fine particles through that can and will dust your engine.

Yeah I know I am planning on getting a 6637 filter. What I'm thinking of doing is doing the air related supporting. Such as up pipes boots for cac/spider new air filter then once that's done. Do fuel after that then probably hpop unless there's another oil related idem I should add

Depending on the type of Airbox in your truck here is the way I would handle this list if it was my own truck

--AIS intake (or 6637 if needed)
--Swamps 200cc/30% Injectors
--Garret 38r Turbo (if able do these at the same time the system will already be pulled appart)
--4" Turbo Back exhaust. (if able do these at the same time the system will already be pulled appart)

--Boost , Trans Temp, EGT Gauges (glow shift) I know not the best.(These should be first so you know what the truck is doing BEFORE any other mods (aside from the air filter) go into place, need to make sure the truck is 100% healthy first!
-- TS 6pos Retunned by swamps. This should be at the very end once you have the truck to 100% healthy status and all mods are confirmed good and working properly, then TUNE TO THE MODS not the other way around (ask me how I know this...)
